Bedroom No 4 (studio type, integrated into the villa but with a separate entrance door) has a double bed, a small living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a brick-built shower.
First Floor: Bedroom No 1 with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a big furnished porch overlooking the sea/pool/garden. Bedroom No 2 and Bedroom No 3 with 2 single beds each, which can be put together and become one big bed, a common, roomy bathroom and a common, furnished-porch. On the same floor there are, also, the following: 1 living room with a large porch and some space for the washing-machine along with its balcony.
The Exterior Area: huge porches overlooking the sea/pool/garden, 2 outdoor dining areas, an open-air living room with stone-built sofas, an outdoor living room, a big, stone-built barbecue offering welcome shade, a garden including the lawn and a wide range of trees/plants, a 80 m2 swimming pool for adults and a 12m2 separate one for children, a wooden deck in the shade of a pavilion and a private parking space. There is also an outer Jacuzzi with panoramic views to the sea, the swimming pool and the garden. It is heated.
